  HONEY BUTTERED CRANBERRY CIDER

Ingredients:
48 oz. Bottle cranberry juice cocktail
1 quart Apple juice or cider
4 Thin strips of orange peel, about 2 inch long
1/3 C. Butter, or margarine
1/4 C. Honey
1/2 tsp. Ground coriander
Instructions:
In crock pot, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange peel. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours Just before serving, melt butter, honey, and coriander in small saucepan or microwave. Spoon slightly more than 1/2 Tbls. honey/butter mixture in mug or heat proof cup, add about 3/4 C. hot cranberry mixture. Serve immediately.
