Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 small onion chopped
1 box scalloped potatoes and sauce mix
1 can diced tomatoes-16 oz.
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz.
1/2 C. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 C. cubed mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain well. Put in bottom of crock pot. Mix in potatoes and sauce mix. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Turn to high and stir in cheese. Let cook for an additional 15 minutes.
