Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Blueberries
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup Orange juice
2 tbsp Light sour cream (25 cal per tablespoon)
1 tbsp Grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:

In food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
