Ingredients:
3 Egg whites
4 cup Icing sugar
Food colouring
Instructions:
Place egg whites and sugar in large bowl, and on low speed of electric
mixer, beat together until sugar is moistened. Increase speed to
high; beat until glossy and stiff peaks forms when beaters are
lifted, about 5 minutes. If icing is too thick for decorating, beat
in few drops of water. Food colouring may be added at this point. If
not using right away, store at room temperature up to three days in
airtight container.

MAKES: 2 1/2 cups Use to decorate Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies and
