Ingredients:
1 cup SOUR CREAM
1/2 cup HEAVY CREAM
1 1/2 tsp SALT
6 each POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED
3 each HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED
2 cup COOKED HAM, CUBED
1 cup RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
2 tbsp MELTED BUTTER
1/4 tsp ONION SALT
Instructions:
COMBINE SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER 1/2 THE
POTATOES EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 THE
SOUR CREAM MIX. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 1/2 INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS,
BUTTER AND ONION SALT AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
