Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Catsup (use a Hot Sauce like Kerns)
1/4 cup Beer
1 tbsp Prepared mustard
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Prepared horseradish
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
