Ingredients:
2 pounds beef sirloin cut up
2 C. potatoes cut in large pieces
2 C. carrots cut in large pieces
2 C. celery cut in large pieces
1 bag frozen onions small
1 slice white bread cut up
1 can whole tomatoes-16 oz. with juice
2 Tbls. dry minced onion
3 Tbls. quick-cooking tapioca
1 Tbls. sugar
1 can tomato soup
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place all in a large crock pot. Add whatever additional vegetables you like. Cover and cook at low setting for 5 hours. Do not stir.
