  CHICKEN CHILI WITH HOMINY

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion chopped
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 can white hominy-15 oz. drained
1 can diced tomatoes-14 oz. un-drained
1 can tomatillos-28 oz. drained, chopped
1 can mild green chilies-4 oz.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, stir to blend all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or high for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
