Ingredients:
6 pound Roast
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 C. Beef bouillon
1 can Drained sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
Place roast in crock pot. Add onion soup, bouillon, and mushrooms. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Thicken gravy with a small amount of cornstarch and water one hour before serving.
