Ingredients:
8 bratwurst or other fresh sausage links
3 medium green peppers
2 medium red peppers
1 large onion sliced
1 can chunk pineapples 16 oz. drained
1 bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Brown bratwurst, cut into bite size pieces. Cook sausage and barbecue sauce in a crock pot on low temperature for about 2 hours. Add peppers, onion and pineapples to crock pot. Stir occasionally and cook until peppers are tender.
