Ingredients:
1 C. string beans
1 C. peas, pureed
1 C. carrots, shredded
1 C. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
1 egg
1/2 C. milk
salt and pepper
paprika and pimiento
Instructions:
Mix all together and put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Any sauce may be served over it if desired. (Undiluted mushroom soup works well.)
