  SWEET POTATOES WITH COCONUT

Ingredients:
2 C. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
1/4 C. margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 C. coconut
1/4 C. black walnuts
1/8 C. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
Mix together all but marshmallows. Bake at 350°, for 30 to 45 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and return to oven until marshmallows are melted and browned.
