Ingredients:
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 C. honey
2 C. breadcrumbs
1 C. ground walnuts
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions:
Roll chicken breasts in honey and then into mixture of walnuts and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
