Ingredients:
3 small chicken breasts halved, skin removed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 C. water
Instructions:
Place chicken in nonstick baking dish. Season with salt, rosemary and pepper. Crumble bouillon cubes between pieces of chicken. Add water, pouring into a corner of pan. Cover with foil; bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and baste with drippings. Brown under the broiler before serving.
