Ingredients:
2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
4 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients and cook until a little tried in cold
water forms a brittle or hard ball. Pour into a buttered pan and when
