Ingredients:
6 tbsp Instant Espresso Coffee
Powder
Plus 2 teaspoons more
3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Plus 1 teaspoon more
1 1/4 cup Coffee Powder
(or Plain Or Irish Cream
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
Plus 2 tablespoons more
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa, coffee
powder, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered. For each cup of
cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6
oz. of boiling water. The author of this writes, ". . .I only use
about 1/2 the cinnamon called for and only use about 2 tablespoons of
the mix per serving."
