Ingredients:
4 Medium to large Catfish filets
3 cup Pace Picante Sauce
2 cup Cooked rice
Instructions:
Place the catfish filets in a large skillet. Pour Picante Sauce
over the filets. Simmer on low flame for about 20-30 minutes.
