Ingredients:
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 lb Bacon grease or 1 cup wesson oil
1/2 lb Butter
1 tbsp Pepper, black,freshly ground
1 tbsp Cayenne
3 each Onion, chopped
1 each Worcestershire sauce 10 oz
1 each Ketchup, 24 oz
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Celery salt
1 tsp Garlic salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer on very low fire for at least 20
minutes. Makes sauce for 25 lbs of meat. Excellent for spareribs.
