  Cauliflower With Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients:
1 each Onion, chopped
2 each Garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp Olive oil
3 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets
3 tbsp Vegetable stock
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Saute the onion, garlic & bell pepper in oil for 3 minutes. They
should all be slightly softened. Add the rest of the ingredients,
cover & simmer until the cauliflower is tender, no longer than 10
minutes. Ser e immediately.
