Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 Tomatoes, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 Red bell pepper, seeded, and diced
1/2 Yellow bell pepper, seeded, and diced
1/2 Green bell pepper, seeded, and diced
2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pt Beef stock
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 pt Tomato juice
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix them together well. Chill the
soup.
