Ingredients:
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 small Onion -- minced
3/4 tsp Prepared mustard
1 tbsp Grated fresh horseradish
1 tbsp Mixed thyme, marjoram,
Parsley
2 tbsp Vinegar
3 cup Water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 tsp Juice from bottled tabasco
Peppers
2 tsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
3/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and cook slowly for 45 minutes. Use to baste
meat or fish while cooking, or dip slices or chunks of hot cooked
meet into the heated sauce before serving.
