  Cool Lemon Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
2 tbsp Chopped fresh basil OR
2 tsp Dried basil leaves
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Grated lemon peel
2 cup Chopped cooked Chicken or
Turkey
1 cup Halved red or green grapes
1/2 cup Halved Chinese pea pods
1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion
Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Mix dressing, basil, juice and peel in large bowl. Add remaining
ingredients, mix lightly. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
