Ingredients:
1 package Mori-Nu silken soft tofu, drained (10.5 oz)
1 cup Parsley, stems removed
2 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast "parmesan"
1 oz Fresh basil
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on
high approximately 30 seconds.

Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.

Makes 1 1/3 cups.

Serving size=2 tbsp
