  Creamy Spam Mushroom Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 cup SPAM Luncheon Meat, finely cubed (12 oz)
1 can 99% fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4oz)
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Chopped onion
12 slice Bread, toasted
Instructions:
In bowl, combine SPAM, soup, cheese, and onion. Spread mixture on
toasted bread. Place on baking sheet. Broil 4-5 minutes or until
cheese is melted and bubbly.
