Ingredients:
10 each Cucumbers(peeled)
1 each Small Yellow Onion
5 lb Sour Cream
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Parsley Flake
3 tbsp Dill Weed
Instructions:
Peel and finely dice the cucumbers. Dice the onion the same size.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Taste and let set overnight.
Taste again and make any neccessary adjustments.

Serve with gyros.
