Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup SUGAR
1 cup COCOA
1 cup WATER
1 tsp VANILLA
Instructions:
MIX SUGAR, COCOA AND WATER IN A DEEP SAUCE PAN. COVER AND COOK OVER
LOW HEAT 15 MINUTES, STIRRING OFTEN TO PREVENT BURINING. REMOVE FROM
HEAT, COOL AND STIR IN VANILLA. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE USE.
