Ingredients:
1 cup Cooked, diced Ham
2 each Apples, peeled cored,chopped
3/4 cup Cooked, diced Potatoes
2 each Hard-cooked Eggs, chopped
2 each Pickles, chopped
1/4 cup Italian or Buttermilk dressi
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.
################################################# Waldorf salad is
traditionally a mix of coarsely chopped nuts, apples, celery, and
raisins combined with mayonnaise. For a change, substitute fresh
chunks of pineapple for the celery, and buttermilk dressing instead
of mayonnaise.
