Ingredients:

MMMMMCRUST

1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Oil
1/4 cup Milk

MMMMMFILLING

6 cup Apples,peeled & sliced
3 1/4 oz Vanilla or coconut cream
1 each Pudding or pie mix (NOT inst
1/2 cup Shredded American cheese
1/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
3 tbsp Margarine, softened
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.In a 9" pie pan,combine all crust
ingredients and mix well.Press crumbs in bottom and up sides of pie
pan. Do not press onto rim.
In a large bowl,combine apples and dry pudding mix;spoon into unbaked
crust.Sprinkle apples with cheese.In same bowl,combine remaining
ingredients until crumbly;sprinkle them over cheese. Bake @ 375
degrees for 40 - 50 minutes or until light golden brown and apples
are tender. Serve warm.Makes 8 servings.
