Ingredients:
1 cup Chopped basil leaves,
Cleaned and dried
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 cup Pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Good quality olive oil
Instructions:
In a blender, combine basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese. Slowly add oil
while blender is running. Makes about
1 1/2 cups.
