Ingredients:
2 each Eggs
1/2 cup Milk, sweet
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Flour
1 tbsp Butter, melted - or substit ute
Instructions:
Beat yolks of eggs, add milk, salt, flour and baking powder mixed
together and shortening. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs and bake
on waffle iron unto crips and brown.
