Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
4 tbsp Melted shortening
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt and sugar. Stir in beaten
egg, milk and melted shortening.Mix only enough to blend. Pour into a
well greased 8x8 pan and sprinkle on the brown sugar-cinnamon
mixture. Bake in a hot oven 400 F 20 min. Cut in squares.
