Ingredients:
1 Head of cabbage
1 Carrot
1 Green pepper
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Celery seed
1 tsp Dry mustard
Instructions:
Chop up cabbage, carrot, pepper, onion and add salt. Let stand 1
hour. Boil together vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard. Cool and
pour over slaw. Put in containers and freeze or use. Randy Rigg
