6 cup Onions
4 tbsp Margarine
8 cup Beef broth
2 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 cup Carrots
2 each Parsley sprigs
2 each Bay leaves
1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
1/2 cup Celery, opt.
Instructions:
COOK ONIONS IN BUTTER FOR 1/2 HOUR BEFORE ADDING OTHER INGREDIENTS.
