Ingredients:
1 Carrot, finely chopped
1/3 cup Peeled and chopped cucumber
1/3 cup Chopped zucchini
2 Green onions, minced
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 large Cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dill weed
3 Drops Tabasco
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Good served with
wheat crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
