Ingredients:
2 tbsp AM Unrefined Olive Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Sliced, fresh mushrooms
16 fl Canned tomato sauce
2 1/2 cup Water
1 cup AM Garbanzo Flour - {mixed with...
2/3 cup -water}
1 1/2 tsp Dry, crushed basil
1 tsp Dry oregano
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
1/8 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Saute' onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until onion is soft. Add
remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat, and simmer on
low heat until thick; stirring frequently.
