Ingredients:
28 oz Tomatoes, Eden organic, crushed
1 cup ;water
1/2 cup Green pepper, diced
2 tbsp Onion, minced
1/2 cup Red pepper, diced
4 cup Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1/2 cup Onions, green, diced
2 Garlic cloves, pressed
3 tbsp Vinegar, Eden red wine
2 tbsp Shoyu, Eden
1 tsp Cumin
3 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Basil, minced
1 tsp Dill, minced
Instructions:
Comine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
