Ingredients:
2/3 cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Freshly grated ginger root
2 each Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Wine vinegar
2/3 cup Soy sauce
1/4 tsp MSG (Optional)
Instructions:
Combine ingedients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Let stand for
at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before
brushing on pork during cooking.
