Ingredients:
Fresh green beans, cleaned and snapped
Smoked ham, cut into small chunks
Small new potatoes
Instructions:
Combine beans and ham into a large sauce pan. Cover with water. Bring
to a boil, then simmer until beans are nearly done, adding water as
necessary. Peel potatoes and put them (whole) in with the beans and
ham. Continue cooking until potatoes are done.

OPTIONAL: Substitute Bacon for Ham
