Ingredients:
1 lb Lean ground beef
1 each Medium onion
1 each Clove garlic minced
1 package 4 oz uncooked noodles
1/2 cup Water
1 cup 10 1/2 oz beef broth
2 1/2 cup Tomatoe juice
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Celery salt
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Chopped green pepper
1 cup Reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup 4oz sliced mushrooms
Drained
Instructions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add noodles. Combine
water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings; pour over noodles and meat
mixture. Cover, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add
green pepper; cover and cook until noodles are tender. Add mushrooms
and sour cream; heat but do not boil....
