Ingredients:
8 oz Cream cheese, cubed
1 1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
4 cup Potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tsp Chives, chpd
Instructions:
In lg saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir
over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Bake 350 deg, 1 hour, 10
mins or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving. Can make this
ahead but don't cook, refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake as
directed.
