Ingredients:
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
2 cup Ground Oregon hazelnuts
1 cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp Flour
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
Confectioners sugar
Instructions:
Gradually blend sugar and salt with beaten eggs; stir in grated
chocolate and hazelnuts. Combine with bread crumbs, flour and spices,
and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar and
place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
