Ingredients:
4 medium Vidalia onions
1/2 cup Hot water
2 tsp Tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Peel onions and cut un half crosswise. Place
onion halves, cut side up, in a casserole dish. Mix ingredients; stir
well. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes, covered. If it seems too dry, add a
little more water.
