Ingredients:
8 1/4 oz Unpeeled Apricot Halves, Drained
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream
1/4 cup Honey
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 dash Salt
Instructions:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until
smooth. Chill, if desired.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
