Ingredients:
-belle bestor dfpf73a
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 oz Cream cheese, room temp
1 Bread, loaf; thin sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp Onion, grated
Paprika
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
300 Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise
package Mesan, and cayenne. cut
2 Rounds with a cookie cutter
Ass. bake on a cookie
Instructions:
sheet for 5 minutes, until hardened. Spread the cheese mixture
generously on one side of each bread round. Sprinkle with grated
Parmesan and dash of paprika. Broil until puffy and golden on top,
about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot. "At Home in the Country" Mary
