Ingredients:
2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Shortening
6 oz Evaporated milk
4 oz Instant lemon pudding
3 1/2 cup Rolled oats
6 oz Butterscotch chips
1/2 cup Nuts, chopped
Instructions:
Combine sugar, shortening and milk; bring to boil. Remove from heat;
add pudding mix. Cool to lukewarm; add oats, chips and nuts. Drop on
waxed paper by teaspoonfuls.
