Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
2 lb Chicken, boneless, chopped
2 medium Onions, chopped
1 cup Chicken broth
8 oz Green chilies
2 cl Garlic, chopped
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
1/4 tsp Cayenne (or more)
48 oz Jar of Great Northern Beans
3 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
Instructions:
Saute chicken, onions and garlic in butter until chicken is done. Mix
in seasonings and chilies and saute for a few more minutes. Add this
mixture with chicken broth and beans to crock pot. Cook on low for
4-8 hours. Add cheese just before serving. personal recipe of jane s
