Instructions:
Cut 3 cups shortening into 6 cups all-purpose flour* and 3 teaspoons
salt until particles are size of small peas. Refrigerate in airtight
container up to 1 month. Yield: 9 cups mix. *lf using self-rising
flour, omit salt.
