Ingredients:
4 oz Butter -- softened
1 Clove garlic -- chopped
Fine
1 Handful? basil, fresh - shredded
Salt and pepper -- to taste
Instructions:
Blend ingredients together well. Shape into a roll, wrap in foil and
refrigerate. This is fantastic on breads, veggies, pasta, or basting
poultry.
