Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 cup Cake flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Cream sugar & shortening & add the eggs, beat 2 min. Add flour baking
powder & salt which have been blended to - gether alternately with
the milk and vanilla. Bake in greased layer cake pans in 350 oven 30
min.
