5 tbsp SALT
1 tbsp GROUND RED PEPPER
1 tbsp PEPPER
2 tbsp RUBBED SAGE
1 tsp GINGER
1 tbsp NUTMEG
2 cup ICE WATER OR TOMATO Juice
Instructions:
GRIND THE MEAT THROUGH A 3/16 GRINDER PLATE AND MIX WELL WITH THE
OTHER INGREDIENTS. STUFF THE CASINGS AND BE SURE NOT TO LEAVE AT ROOM
TEMP. TOO LONG.
